Add both files to your kappa-kickstarters Netlify site alongside index.html.

Step 4 — Use in Ads
Go to Tracking URLs tab, generate a tracking link for each page, and drop them into your platform ads.
📖 GETTING STARTED
How to Use KAPPA Campaign Manager

Follow these 3 steps every time you run an ad campaign. The whole process takes about 5 minutes per platform.

📝 Select Your Ad Template
Tab: Step 1: Select Ad Template

Set up your profile first — Click the Profile button (top right). Enter your name, email, phone, and website link. This auto-fills into every ad so you never type it manually.

Choose your product — Select from FLEX, PRIMA, HPEVOO, Income Opportunity, or either Bundle from the left sidebar.

Choose your personality type — RED (direct/bold), YELLOW (social/fun), GREEN (caring/warm), or BLUE (analytical/data-driven). Match to how YOU naturally communicate.

Pick a framework — PAS (Problem → Agitate → Solve), BAB (Before → After → Bridge), or 4P (Promise → Picture → Proof → Push). Try all 3 and see which gets better responses.

Copy your ad — Click 📋 Copy Subject for the subject line, then 📄 Copy Full Ad for the body. Or use ✨ Generate Variation (requires Anthropic API key) for a fresh AI-written version.

Language options — Click 🇺🇸 EN / 🇪🇸 ES / 🇫🇷 FR in the header to switch the entire platform and all ad copy to that language instantly.

What is a tracking URL? — Instead of putting your raw website link in the ad, you generate a special link that shows you which platform that click came from. Example: kappa.go7wide.com/t/garnett-test-1/herculist

Generate your link — Go to Step 2 tab. Select the platform from the dropdown, enter your campaign name, and click ⚡ Generate URL. Your unique tracking link appears instantly.

Where it goes in your ad — The [WEBSITE] placeholder in every template auto-fills with your profile website. Replace it with your tracking URL from this tab for proper campaign tracking.

Save your URLs — Click + Save to Table to add it to your URL log. You can export the full table as CSV anytime.

Browse the platforms — 26 platforms organized into Safelists, Classified Sites, Ad Exchanges, Traffic Sites, and SEO. Filter by category using the buttons above the grid. Adjust columns (1–5) to see more or fewer cards at once.

Copy Ad & Open — Click the yellow 📋 Copy Ad & Open button on any platform card. It copies your ad to clipboard AND opens that platform's website in a new tab simultaneously.

Paste & post on the site — Once on the platform, paste your ad into their ad form. Most safelists and classified sites have a subject field (use your copied subject line) and a body field.

Mark as Posted — Come back to KAPPA and click ✓ Mark Posted on that card. The stat counter at the top tracks how many you've posted today and this week. Time saved also accumulates.

Track your history — Go to the 📊 Tracker tab to see your full posting log. Export as CSV to keep records or share your activity with your team.

📧 Gmail Warm-Up Guide — Emailing a Purchased List Safely

Before emailing a purchased leads list from Gmail, your account must be warmed up. Sending cold email from a fresh Gmail account will result in spam flags and possible account suspension.

Week 1–2
Send 10–15 emails/day
to known contacts only.
No cold list yet.
Week 3
Introduce cold list.
Send 20–25 emails/day

Week 4+
Scale to 40–50/day
max per inbox.
Never exceed 50/day cold.
✓Verify your list first — Use a free tool like ZeroBounce or NeverBounce to remove invalid emails before sending. High bounce rates (above 3%) will get your account flagged.
✓Spread sends throughout the day — Never send a batch all at once. Space emails 15–30 minutes apart to mimic natural human behavior.
✓Always include an unsubscribe option — Even for network marketing outreach, CAN-SPAM law requires a way for people to opt out. Add "Reply STOP to unsubscribe" at minimum.
✓Use a separate Gmail account — Never warm up or run cold outreach from your primary business Gmail. Create a dedicated account (e.g., [email protected]).
⚠Your original plan of 5/day is actually quite safe for the first week but unnecessarily slow. Start at 10/day for 2 weeks, then scale to 25–50/day maximum per inbox.
⚡ Quick Tips
Herculist first
Start with Herculist — it's verified and has 200K+ active members. Your affiliate links are pre-loaded in the Herculist Bonus tab.
Rotate templates
Don't post the same ad everywhere. Use a different framework (PAS/BAB/4P) for each platform to avoid duplicate content flags.
Share landing pages
Go to the 🚀 Landing Pages tab for your opportunity and customer pages. Use those URLs in your ads instead of a raw affiliate link.
Team members
Share the kappa-kickstarters.netlify.app URL with every rep you recruit. They set up their own profile — their info auto-fills their ads.
